'Fraid I don't know too much about the values of the items themselves...several of them aren't max damage, and so I doubt will fetch very much. (1, 2, and 3, I believe.) I'd at least salvage the "Guided by Fate" inscription, as it's maximized and should thus fetch a decent price, and definitely salvage the Staff Wrapping of Enchanting, as it's max, and those are in high demand.
